What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners’ executive, operational, and agency teams while being their internal advocate

• Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

• Retain and grow revenue with our largest partners

• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

• Make creative and media recommendation based on creative analytics and performance data

• Educate and consult with clients to demonstrate how to use Vidmob’s products, adhere to best practices, and develop effective campaigns

• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners

• Provide feedback to our product team to help us scale our platform

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 Years Experience

• Proven work experience in related fields (i.e. Account Management, Brand, Sales, Performance Marketing)

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions specific to customer needs

• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining organization and sharp attention to detail

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in modern ways of working. You video chat before you ever think about picking up a phone, all your docs are web based and collaborative, you know when to slack and when to email

• You are eager to challenge the status quo and to try new ways of doing things

• You are problem solver. You understand what needs to be done and take initiative before you are asked

• Expert understanding of all social media platforms

• BA/BS Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field
