What You’ll Do
• Cultivate relationships with relevant press, industry analysts, and other B2B influencers and forge relationships for key executives.

• Develop PR strategy plans and messaging architecture to support product/service launches, new markets, client case studies and key hires. Draft and manage the approvals process for releases, pitches, and other press materials.

• Maintain a steady drumbeat of press coverage and speaking opportunities across industry outlets and influencer channels, including podcasts. Draft pitches to secure exclusive stories about the company, products and people.

• Coordinate media interviews, conferences and speaking opportunities, including prepping spokespeople with talking points and interview bios.

• Initiate content creation projects and collaborate with marketing and design colleagues teams to produce assets for press features.

• Support development of bylines.

• Support planning and execution of special event involving clients, partners and industry influencers.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree

• 8+ years of experience in PR; Minimum 2 years experience in technology and/or advertising industries.

• 2+ years experience working in-house

• Experience managing media and analyst relationships

• Established network of relevant journalists.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• High orientation to detail and organization

• An understanding of the social media landscape and industry dynamics

• The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Creativity and the ability to develop fresh concepts for generating coverage

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

• An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work autonomously

• Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done

• Strong judgement and quick, yet thoughtful, responses to urgent PR matters
