Alex Collmer will speak on how to combine AI efficiency with emotional insights that only humans can generate to create ads

In May, Rio de Janeiro will host the main discussions on the future, technology, and business. For the first time, the Web Summit will be held outside Europe and, as it did in the last edition in Lisbon, will feature the presence of Alex Collmer, CEO and founder of VidMob. This time, the executive will talk about the benefits of combining the efficiency of Artificial Intelligence with the emotional side that only humans can offer to create quality ads on a large scale.

Confirmed as a speaker on one of the most important stages of the event, the Panda Conf, Collmer is excited to discuss such a relevant topic that brings uncertainties in the face of the growth of creative platforms based on Artificial Intelligence. He says:

“The current topic is the impact of Artificial Intelligence on creativity, especially with the arrival of ChatGPT. The concern is justifiable, but it is essential to make it clear that these solutions were created to add value and empower these professionals, not to take away their jobs.”

During his talk on May 2nd at 2pm, Collmer will demonstrate how these platforms can improve the performance of marketing campaigns by combining creative data and human emotional connection.

The Web Summit will take place from May 1st to May 4th, 2023, at Riocentro. Held annually since 2009, it is one of the largest technology events in the world and is expected to bring together about 15,000 people per day in its first edition in Brazil. Until 2026, Rio de Janeiro will host six editions that are expected to attract 800,000 people.
